Capacity Kit privacy notice
This notice explains how Pegasus Solution uses information submitted through the Insurance Agency Capacity Kit page.
Information you provide
The request form collects your first name and work email. It also records the request time, a random request identifier, the page used, campaign tags in the page URL, and your optional measurement choice. Please do not enter policyholder records, financial account information or other sensitive client information.
How we use it
We use this information to record your request, provide access to the kit and understand how people find this resource. The kit is available on the next page after your request is saved. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to email marketing.
Storage and services
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Request records are stored in Pegasus's designated Google Sheet using Google services. Access to that workbook is controlled by its owner. Pegasus retains request records while they are needed to manage enquiries and evaluate this resource. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Optional measurement
With your permission, the site may load Meta measurement technology to record page visits, completed kit requests and clicks to the booking calendar. A calendar click is not recorded as a confirmed appointment. The form does not send your name or email to Meta through its measurement events. You may choose essential-only storage and still request the kit.
Essential session storage keeps a random request identifier and campaign tags so that a retry does not create duplicate records and the request can be attributed. Your measurement choice is stored on your device. You can change that choice using Cookie choices on the kit page.
Optional appointments
The booking link opens cal.id. Information you submit to that service is handled through the booking service and Pegasus's appointment workflow. Booking a call is not required to download the kit.
